These terms set the rules for using the PickPOV public beta. By creating an account or posting, you agree to follow them.

Who can use PickPOV

You must be at least 18 and able to accept these terms. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to it secure.

Your content

You keep ownership of your words. You grant PickPOV a non-exclusive permission to store, translate, moderate, rank, and display them in side feeds, quote cards, Point Battles, profiles, and share assets so the service can operate. You must have the right to post what you submit.

Community decisions

Votes, boosts, ranks, and heat reflect current community activity. They do not establish truth, professional advice, or a final winner. PickPOV does not sell voting power, organic rank, or exemption from moderation.

Moderation and availability

PickPOV may review, restrict, or remove content and accounts under the Community Guidelines, and may pause features to protect users or the service. A removed parent point may leave a tombstone so lawful replies keep their context. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed during beta.

Ending an account

You may record an account-deletion request in Settings or use the published contact channel. The beta places the request on a minimum 14-day hold and an authorized operator completes it after verifying account control; deletion is not automatic. Public profile data and eligible content are removed or de-identified, while limited security, moderation, transaction-integrity, legal, and debate-chain records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
